Happy Fall! The leaves are changing colors and another month has almost ended. Which means it is time for my October Newsletter.

Oklahoma Time Quest #2
Alex and Ethan travel back to the old west, but they aren’t the only time travelers there. The Eraser will do anything to destroy Oklahoma, even if that means kidnapping them. Ethan is held prisoner and lost. It is up to Alex to save him. Will she be able to find him, or will he be lost in time? Follow the link to find out in Oklahoma Time Quest #2.
* I have started working on Freaks Episode 7. Yea! The outline is finished. Now, I am putting together the 1st draft. I am very excited about this new chapter in Ariel’s life. Things are changing for her. The world is expanding, and new problems arise as Ariel struggles to find out who she is besides a warrior.
* I am very excited to announce that I have been working with InDELLible Comics on a western story that is slated to be released in their winter special, Crackajack Winter Tales. The comic is called Lobo in A Baron Christmas. The art was done by the amazing Kent Clark. We have worked together in creating art for the Freaks, so I was ecstatic to work with him again. Stay tuned on the date it is set to be released.
I have recently finished Red Queen and Glass Sword by Victoria Aveyard. These books have been so good. I enjoyed the mixture of action and royal conspiracies. Mare is thrown into unimaginable circumstances and becomes one of the perfect Silvers. She soon learns that she must trust no one if she wants to survive the beautifully dangerous world of the Silvers. I have already started reading the third book in this series, King’s Cage. I can’t wait to find out what happens to Mare.
The Island of Dr. Moreau
I picked up this 2 part story last week. The Island of Dr. Moreau tells the tale of Dr. Moreau’s mad experiments to morph animals into the image of a human. He cuts and reshapes the poor creatures into his creations, all while the animals are awake and feel everything done to them. Dr. Moreau’s utopia isn’t bound to last. Who will survive the inevitable fall of his deranged island? This was a fun read. It was full of action, insanity, and heroism.
Until Next Time!
